Buying

Buying a home can be an exciting and stressful experience, and in today’s competitive market, being prepared is key to closing on your ideal home. Purchasing a home may be the largest financial decision you will make. Wouldn’t you want to work with the most qualified real estate professional you can find?

HOW MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE SET ME APART:

Accredited+Buyer+Representative

Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR)

This designation means I have completed specialized training in understanding buyer’s perspectives and guiding them throughout the buying process.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

A CRS is a REALTOR® who has earned certification by completing advanced training and meeting significant experience requirements through education and a proven track record of successful transactions. I am one of only 3% of all REALTORS® that can call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist.

STEPS TO GET YOUR STARTED:

  • Determine what factors are most important. Is it location, schools, commute time, or community.

  • Identify the style of home you like and make a list of “must-have” non-negotiable features and would be “nice to have” features. Remember to be flexible and willing to compromise.

  • Narrow down your search.

    • As your REALTOR®, it is my job to help you maximize your time and find potential homes that meet your criteria. The information I can provide along with my knowledge and experience will help you make informed decisions. Remember that you are not just buying a house, but the neighborhood too. Is it safe? Talk to neighbor. Also make sure the area offers the lifestyle conveniences you need.

  • Talk to a lender about your home loan options.

    • In today’s competitive market it is vital to secure your financing and pre-approval before you start shopping. By talking to a lender early, you will know the price range you qualify for. I have several great lenders I work with and can help you understand the true cost of home ownership and keep you in your budget.
